Responsibilities:
- Finding and connecting local payment processors;
- Development of Affiliate, Media buying, SMM, Retention and Customer Support strategy;
- Control over fulfillment of plans in all areas;
- Optimization of the cost of each of the directions;
- Increasing LTV of users;
- Control and quality of customer support;
- Coordination of all geo staff work.

Requirements:
- Negotiation skills;
- Handling objections;
- Knowledge of Digital advertising tools;
- Ability to build team processes;
- Quick decision making;
- Application of non-template solutions.

Conditions:
- Salary + KPI (after probationary period);
- Comfortable office;
- Work schedule: office or remote format 5/2 from 09:00-18:00 / 10:00-19:00 (by individual agreement);
