Well-known Brand Company look for KAM B2B (Automotive, tires, lubricating materials)
Requirements:
•Higher education (technical, chemical)
•Sales experience of no less than 5 years on position: KAM, Project sales manager, Product manager in a Russian or a Western company: car spare parts, tires, lubricating materials, car accessories, equipment, technical gases, bearings
•Products&Services knowledge: car spare parts, tires, lubricating materials, car accessories, bearings and other
•Successfully experience with Industrial Companies (B2B) in sector Automotive, Agricultural machinery, heavy industry, aviation industry
•Experience in organizing and conducting technical trainings and seminar on products of Company for distributors
•Customer relationship management, sector, market, customer, and competitor understanding
•Consulting and Selling Skills
•Customer Profitability and Value Chain Understanding
•Analyzing, interpreting, creating, innovating, persuading, influencing
Tasks:
•Managing the interface between the Company and a small number of Key Clients in a territory: Russia and Belarus
•Will drive growth within our existing customer portfolio, as well as identifying and exploiting new opportunities in the defined sector: Automotive, Agricultural machinery
•Involved into offer development for a certain market segment: Automotive, Agricultural machinery
Responsibilities:
•Develop (and agree both internally and externally) the annual Key Account plan for each Key Clients in the area of responsibility: Russia and Belarus.
•Input to and execute the agreed Cluster Prospecting strategy for key clients, including data gathering, market knowledge, stakeholder and relationship management and tender/offer processes, which may include participation in processes on territories: Russia and Belarus, as well as channels: Automotive, Agricultural machinery.
•Implement the annual Key Account plan with the Clients portfolio, in particular regarding:
- Identifying critical customer needs, and match our Value Proposition to those needs.
- Execution of agreed activities to maximize Customer and Company objectives and value
- Stakeholder and Relationship management at all levels and through all functions of the Customer and the Company
- HSSE and Ethical compliance
•Manage all revenues and costs associated within the activity at the Key clients
•Collect and monitor results from the execution, both from a Customer and a Company perspective, and analyses against the planning, and run (min) quarterly Business reviews in order to undertake corrective actions if necessary.
•Support market segment offer development - Automotive, Agricultural machinery
•Understand and fulfil agreed specific Product Quality & Compliance accountabilities, which apply to the role of National Key Account Manager.
•Develop and implement a systematic approach through the embedding of relevant OMS elements and ensuring appropriate risk reviews are undertaken appropriately.
