We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Website Administrator & Content Manager to join our dynamic Content Department. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the quality and functionality of our products and technologies. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive quality assurance testing across various content-related projects, spanning both production and technical tasks. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve any issues or discrepancies, ultimately contributing to the delivery of high-quality content experiences to our users.
Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough quality assurance testing on content-related projects, including but not limited to websites, applications, multimedia content, and digital products;
- Develop and execute technical projects that are related to content only;
- Identify, document, and prioritize defects, bugs, and inconsistencies, utilizing established tracking systems;
- Collaborate closely with content creators, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure alignment on quality standards;
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance QA processes, tools, and methodologies within the Content Department.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to improve the overall quality and user experience of our content offerings;
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Excellent English Language skills;
- Proven experience of 2 years in quality assurance testing, preferably within a content-focused environment;
- Proficiency in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams;
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring the highest level of quality and user satisfaction;
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web technologies is desirable;
