Position Objective:
GGTech is looking for a Commission-Based Sales Specialist to find new customers and close sales deals for our mobile app development and software services in the Russian market.
This is a commission-only position , meaning you will earn high commissions for every client you bring in and every project successfully closed. No fixed salary , purely performance-based earnings .
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential B2B clients in the Russian market for GGTech's mobile app development services.
- Proactively reach out to potential customers using various channels, including LinkedIn, VK (VKontakte), Telegram , and direct networking .
- Generate leads, arrange meetings , and close sales deals to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to maximize profits and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets , with high commission incentives for over-performance.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven track record in B2B sales , preferably in technology or software services .
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and closing sales deals .
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills .
- Fluent in Russian and English.
- Goal-oriented and highly motivated to earn commissions based on performance.
- Experience in the Russian market and understanding of local business culture is a plus.
Commission and Payment Structure:
- Commission per project: High commissions for every successfully closed project.
- Commission Rate: 10% - 20% of the total project value (depending on the project size and client segment).
- Payment Method: Commission is paid after the project is completed and the payment is received from the client.
- Additional Bonuses: Extra bonuses for exceeding monthly targets.
