Discoclub LLC is a leading stock trading company with a strong focus on the fashion sector. We are dedicated to facilitating our clients’ growth and success.
We are seeking a proactive Business Development director to manage our existing B2B client relationships, oversee the launch of new fashion brands, and expand our influence into CIS markets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with B2B clients, including retailers, online platforms, and other fashion partners, to maximize brand visibility and sales opportunities.
• Brand Launch: Lead the strategy and execution of launching new fashion brands in collaboration with our clients, ensuring successful market entry and growth. Together with clients and marketing agencies develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that effectively communicate the brand's vision, attract customers, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
• Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies for expanding into new markets, including CIS markets, identifying new business opportunities and potential partners in the region.
• Sales Strategy Development: Create and execute sales strategies tailored to both existing and new brands, driving revenue growth and market share.
• Performance Monitoring: Develop performance metrics to assess client engagement, brand success, and market penetration, making recommendations for adjustments as necessary.
• Networking: Represent the company at industry events and client meetings to promote our services and strengthen business relationships.
Qualifications:
• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development or account management in the fashion or financial services industry.
• Strong understanding of the fashion sector and experience in launching brands.
• Familiarity with CIS markets and the unique challenges and opportunities they present.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving brand growth.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
