Responsibilities:

• Responsible for DWH, BI and Reporting solution for Philip Morris Russia;
• Drive Strategic DWH, BI & Reporting initiatives for the company, gathering future state requirements, and prescribe an actionable road map;
• Evaluate & propose appropriate BI & DWH technologies based on identified requirements including the definition and management of proof of concept demonstrations;
• Be involved in full lifecycle development and implementation of enterprise BI & DWH solutions lead the technical development and implementation of the solution;
• Work with multiple projects simultaneously. Serve as the lead trouble-shooter to diagnose technology issues in development and operational environments;
• Perform a key management and thought leadership role in the areas of advanced data techniques, including data modelling, data access, data integration, data visualization, text mining, data discovery, statistical methods, database design and implementation;
• Define and achieve the strategy roadmap for the enterprise; including data modelling, implementation and data management for our enterprise data warehouse and advanced data analytics systems;
• Set the vision, gathering requirements, gaining business consensus, performing vendor and product evaluations, mentoring business and development resources, deliver solutions, training and documentation;
• Establish standards and guidelines for the design & development, tuning, deployment and maintenance of information, advanced data analytics technologies;
• Define and implement the strategy roadmap for enterprise data, implementation and data management for new data sources, publicly available data, business-to-business partnerships;
• Draw conclusions and effectively communicates findings with both technical and non-technical team members;
• Work with team and customers to understand the business requirements and business processes, design data warehouse (“DW”) schema and define extract-transform-load (“ETL”) and/or extract-load-transform (“ELT”) processes for DW.

Skills and experience required:

• BSc/MSc degree in Engineering/Computer Science disciplines;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate at all levels within an organization;
• Prior experience in a DWH Architect role in a large DW implementation;
• Experience in developing BI & DWH Roadmap and Strategy;
• Experience in designing BI & DWH Information Management Architectures, data models, ETL, metadata, cubes and drill through reports using BI platforms;
• Demonstrated knowledge of DW data population techniques (ETL/ELT);
• Experience with BI tools, data marts, and data modelling;
• Expert within MS SQL Server;
• Multiple DWH implementation projects min 4 years implementation Team Lead/Architect experience;
• Experience with Amazon data solutions is a plus;
• Experience with data integration solutions and platforms is a plus;
• Strong collaboration, communication and influencing skills;
• Experience multi-tasking in professional environment having multiple changing priorities simultaneously and completing them successfully;
• Project management experience is a plus;
• Fluent English.
