Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

80% of working hours - in the newly open stores abroad;
20% of working hours - in the main Moscow stores;
Oversee daily store operations; safety, loss prevention and customer service control, so that the store will operate effectively and profitably.
Educate and inspire team members of the store, by analyzing results and give feedback so they can perform at a higher level.
Monitor sales activities to ensure that customers receive outstanding service.

Requirements for candidates:

English fluent (excellent) speaker – it is the main requirement;
Bilingual (Greek language) is a plus.
Experience in sales and retail stores in any field of retail
In addition, we are considering active candidates with no experience, and ready to train them.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule that might include evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
