Responsibilities:
- Develop and/or deliver integrated end-customer, go-to-market programs for one or more products, services and/or solutions for Russia.
- Responsible for reaching or overachieving Country / BU / Solution / Segment specific marketing KPIs targets for Russia: MGO (marketing generated opportunities) and WMGO (Won marketing generated opportunities).
- Ownership for Segment, Business Unit (BU) or solution specific Field Marketing activities (Campaigns, Events, etc. etc.) for Russia – examples for segments/activties are SMB, ABM tactics like reference visits. Example for Field marketing activities are customer events (Industry, ABM, HPE Days.
- Includes product / solution understanding, market intelligence, understanding of competitive situation
- Connect with BU and Segment Leads and align program implementation focus with BU / Segment plans.
- Gather feedback from Russian Sales and Category for feedback with WW teams.
- Work as part of the DACH+R GEO marketing team, adopt and share best practices
- Influence and feedback country and GEO requirements to WW Marketing teams
- Creation and Execution of Russian Marketing Plans
- Direct cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and agencies in the development and execution of GTM plans and budgets
- Develop closed-loop post-analysis for marketing programs and identify/execute indicated actions
- Develop/define customer segmentation strategies and customer experience plans and execute/monitor them
- Perform marketing operations activities as needed, e.g., Aprimo, SFDC, PO/accrual management, collateral fulfillment
Education and Experience Required:
- BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3+ years marketing experience, including offering marketing, segment marketing, channel marketing and partner marketing.
- Agency, sales and/or channel experience a plus
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
- Knowledge of offering, segment, partner and account- based marketing.
- Knowledge of advertising/ direct marketing/research vendor practices and procedures.
- Understanding of the industry, offering categories and company offerings/strategy.
- Strong project and budget management skills.
- Excellent written/oral communications in English language.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and influence virtual teams.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with multiple levels of management and functional disciplines.
- Strong influencing skills.
