Main duties:
- Promotion of products on the market in accordance with the company’s marketing and sales strategy and policies/procedures; development and implementation of a short-term and long-term drug promotion strategy
- Ensuring compliance of all implemented marketing activities (including but not limited to various information materials, presentations, public events) with the company’s key policies and standards: Ethics Code, Conflict of Interest Policy, Gifts and Hospitality Policy, Healthcare Workers Relationships Policy, as well as AIPM Code of Practice, and the applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.
- Establishment of long-term relationships with key opinion leaders (recognized experts, including those involved in conduct of clinical research) in the field of neurology; engagement with the medical community (participation in symposia, conferences, publications in the domain-specific printed media), as well as attendance of events, including those held by the Company (conferences, meetings, etc.).
- Carrying out monitoring and analysis of the competitive environment in the therapeutic field (prices, product range, commercial policies and marketing activities of competitors, including in the media).
- Control and assessment of sales plan implementation in every market segment (commercial and public segments).
- Development of activity plans for each drug(s) based on deep insight of client and customer needs.
- Provision of relevant information on the drug(s) and implementation of the marketing plan: market development trends, promotion strategy and main marketing activities to sales team members and other key personnel on a regular basis. Participation in training of sales team members on a regular basis.
- Development of informative materials on the product, and training materials for cycle meeting of sales team members.
- Regular evaluation and review of the marketing campaign effectiveness as part of meetings with sales team members and regular shadow visits.
- Matrix interaction and cooperation. Coordination of marketing activities with other units (Medical, Finance, Sales).
