Responsibilities:- Creating, aligning and execute the complete PEP category initiative calendar & business plan in each customer
- Define category sales growth opportunities in customer’s to grow PEP sales with non-discount promotions
- Create PEP awareness and be key initiatives category sales driver for main NKA clients
- Define, implement and own customer’s initiatives strategy in terms of:
- Time, duration & mechanic of activity,
- Secondary placements for activation
- X-category activation opportunities
- Prepare and provide Initiatives Calendar reviews for customer internal committee according to PEP targets and category development agenda
- Drive perspective sales development Initiatives for the final consumer and solutions in customer, based on national Category Activations & New Product Launches, shopper’s behavior, align all initiatives within customer
- Launch new products:
- Define proper launch strategy for each customer based on customer’s strategy & customer shopper profile
- Customized NPD launch for sales maximization with appropriate tools & mechanics for each customer
- Secondary placements:
- Develop & execute proper # & types of promo secondary placements for each activity for Initiative execution scope maximization
- Define proper solution for multi-brands execution at the same period in each client
- Promo strategy:
- Define and implement balanced strategy of promo% & level of discounts for each client
- Develop & execute alternative promo mechanics
- Develop long-term strategy to decrease promo% in customer
- POSm:
- Develop & execute best-in-class creative POSm for each activity & new product launches
- Define balance execution quantity of POSMs driving both visibility & execution possibility
- POSMs stock control & white-offs minimization
- Analytics:
- Provide each Project overview based on Targets to be achieved with budget required to the full P&L
- Post-activities evaluation with actionable insights
- Using all report types existed to provide valuable information and develop fact-based sales Activities for Clients
- Constant search for Innovations, Promo Designs and new ways of Sales Activation execution
- Communication:
- Develop effective communication model between sales, marketing, clients departments in order to develop and execute Activities with maximum involvement from each side
- Proactive interaction with sales teams, customer, marketing, commercialization and other internal departments about current & further projects
- Sales team everyday support
- Strong experience in mutual projects (success stories) producer/retailer (NKA clients)
- Deep understanding of retailer internal processes and how to influence them
- Perfect presentation skills and TtoT level presentation experience
- Ability to find insights via combining different sources of information (Nielsen, GFK, Hypercom, InStoreTracking, Canadean, etc)
- Be result-oriented person via constant finding different ways of target achievement
- Leading and influence both internal and external peers
- Proactive approach
- English - minimum intermediate (presenting/reading/writing)
- Excellent Excel and Power Point user is a must (pivot, vlookup etc)
- Sales Execution of Marketing & Clients initiatives experience is a must not less than 2 years
