Employment function of the M&E BUSINESS DEVELOPER is to develop MICE sales and contribution, to finalize the group sales and liaise with the villages.
M&E BUSINESS DEVELOPER should have:
a) higher professional education (education in "Service and Tourism" is an advantage);
b) experience in MICE (experience in tourism and hospitality premium B2C and/or B2B sales conditions, as well as knowledge of the product Clubmed is an advantage),
c) experience with CMB policy;
d) Team management skills (evaluation, coaching, development).
THE DUTIES OF M&E BUSINESS DEVELOPER:
A. Participation in the preparation and organization of group visits:
- Issue the contract and all necessary documents for the group trip
- Send invoices and follow-up on payments
- Communicate invoices to the accountant
- Send an information memo to the client
- Enter the rooming list and communicate it to the Village
- Liaise with transport for booking of tickets
- Confirm the groups to the Revue Management (RM) at time of deposit received
- Address group requests with OSCAR to RM in case of changes after sales before departure copying the CMB Coordination
- Reporting
B. Organize trip together with the client (after the sale):
- Translate and communicate to the client the Village information and menus
- Finalize the program with the group and make all necessary changes (contact the village to assess possibilities)
- Sell extra-services (excursions…) to the client
- Advise the villages and send the program.
C. Prospect new clients:
- Identify appropriate clients based on a relevant segmentation strategy
- Manage the portfolio of customers and proposals through software
- Maintaining a database of customers
- Take prospects and clients on the village site inspection when needed
- Participate in MICE events if relevant
D. Manage commercial and contractual relations with clients:
- Elaborate contracts according to local laws and sales conditions
- Negotiate commission levels with agents
- Participation and holding of exhibitions
- Maintenance groups during the trips
- Ensure the full payment of clients with the financial department
- Alert the Indirectand Transport Director in case of problem
M&E BUSINESS DEVELOPER should have the following competencies:

- results orientation: desire to achieve personal goals and company goals;
- physical activity (to meet the standards of Clubmed);
