HH Strategy and Corporate Development team is looking for a star performer to accelerate growth and strengthen go-to-market operations. This person will collaborate with sales, operations, product marketing and tech to evolve company-wide pricing frameworks, business models, improve pricing processes, go-to-market execution and ensure sustainable long-term monetization enhancement. We’re looking for open-minded highly analytical person with sound project management and communication skills, ideally experienced in operating or strategic consulting. Roles and responsibilities
- Conduct market research, analyse and gather foreign best practices related to monetization in Marketplace and HR-Tech spaces
- Critically assess existing monetization model and develop detailed roadmap for improvements
- Perform assessment of customer value proposition / ROI and leverage it in subsequent value pricing development
- Develop and maintain long-term monetization strategy with a detailed execution cascade
- Run experiments and real time tests aimed at confirming / rejection pricing hypothesizes
- Conduct competitor pricing analyses, customer sensitivity tests, identify market trends and turn them into actionable solutions / integrated into long-term monetization plan
- Coordinate work of pricing and other consultants
- Introduce and further develop relevant tools and processes across all core corporate functions tied to monetization roadmap
- Analyze HH product portfolio / benchmark it against international monetization benchmarks and bring up practical recommendations for operations team
- Work closely with tech department to ensure timely and efficient realization of monetization initiatives
- Contribute in developing effective marketing communication line supporting customers monetization
- Participate in product marketing initiatives ensuring their consistency with monetization roadmap
- Work closely with commercial department to ensure all client interactions perform alongside the monetization agenda
- Track performance of actions within monetization strategies and plan mitigation if required / set-up high quality reporting to Board of Directors
Requirements and expectations
- Excellent academic track record, BA/MS degree from leading Russian University with major in economics, Informatics, mathematics/statistics, physics or a comparative field
- 2-4 years of practical experience in top international consulting firm. Ideally followed by several years of experience in Digital Technology (not a must)
- Experience in pricing / monetization is the plus, but not required
- Great project management skills, ability to coordinate a complex long-term assignments involving multiple unconnected parties (in-house and external)
- Strong analytical skills, a drive for numbers, a conceptual mind and strong team player
- High attention to details and critical thinking
- Great interest in innovative digital business models/value chains
- Commercial acumen and practical sense of commercial opportunity
- Excellent communication skills as well as fluency in English (must)
