We are seeking a sharp, personable, highly-organized Expert to support the operations team as we continue to grow our presence in Russia. This is an opportunity to work with a stellar operations team on the daily functions that are at the core of Uber.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Analytics and modeling: help with data analysis to formulate hypotheses, manage and maintain analytical dashboards, ensure data accuracy in collaboration with other teams

• Optimize processes to turn data insights into business value

• Help leading experiments: engagement/retention, funnel optimization

• Support operations team with ad-hoc data and insights

• Hustle: take ownership of Uber's growth in the country and do whatever it takes to get the job done

WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Quantitative degree from one of the top universities

• 1-2 years experience in a highly analytical role would be an asset, but not a must

• Data-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through strong analytical thinking and experimentation

• Ability to write SQL queries

• Experience in working with data analytics languages (R, Python) is preferable

• Owner’s approach: you see something broken, you fix it!

• Advanced English
