You have professional knowledge in the following areas:

Knowledge and expertise of Property and Retail Business
Strong and lasting experience (not less than3 continuous years) in insurance market
Understanding of business consequence costs
Claims liquidation & appraisal of damage experience
Claims handling knowledge
Analytical skills / Data Analysis

ABOUT THE JOB

In the role of the Risk Insurance Specialist you will support Ingka Centres Russia with proper statistic data regarding incidents, prepare incident analysis and recommendations based on the recent trends. Risk Insurance Specialist is liable for insurance incidents and claims and should handle claim process in accordance with company’s policies and routines.

You will:

Review all accident / incident claim reports, and communicate with employees, claimants, witnesses and other relevant parties to gather detailed facts of each accident;
Work collaboratively with insurance carrier negotiating settlements and ensure that claims are resolved appropriately, within authority limits, and in line with INGKA procedures and guidelines;
Prepare written requests to third parties for document provision as well as letters following the results of claim consideration;
Submit notice of loss to the insurance carrier within 24 hours after the accident occurred as well as after third party claim receipt;
Ensure all units are submitting accident reports in the reporting program within the specified period of time after each accident, in accordance with internal policy;
Assist third party administrator insurance adjuster by working collaboratively with other departments in obtaining and/or providing information or documentation needed to properly analyse the claim for liability, subrogation or to assist with litigation matters;
Administrative support to Insurance team at the direction of line-manager and head of the Department.
Prepare, generate and provide daily/monthly/bi-monthly/quarterly and ad hoc reports and high-level analysis upon the request of line-manager. Update data discrepancies identified in reports and systems. Prepare operational reports for claim professionals and manager;

In this role you will report to the Insurance Team Leader.
