Responsible for implementing a marketing strategy for a specified applications segment: Flooring and supplementary product groups (spray paints, supplementary products of Interior&Decoration application segment).
Обязанности работника:
- Makes inputs and implements the marketing strategy based on the division’s strategy.
- As part of the MARKETING STRATEGY is responsible for:
- Identifying and analysing tools and methods of communication with the user;
- Building communication about the product/application system addressed the user;
- Determining user communication channels and standards (Communication Models);
- Translating the business and technical content into the language of benefits for the user;
- Together with Technical Department Providing product content for building brand image and PR activities;
- Contributing to sale argumentations;
- Preparing a marketing budget proposal.
- Identifies and monitors user needs, gets inputs from sales, partners and provides portfolio development ideas for the product pipeline.
- Regular monitors the user database update, and on the basis of user data analysis, proposes action lines and communication methods.
- Market analysis of defined segment and product groups (from different available sources)
- Sales results analysis and recommendation based on defined outcomes.
- Is responsible for implementation of tasks in the area of product lifecycle management (PLM),
and in particular: - Is responsible for marketing a product or system, monitoring market implementation from 0 to 3 years and undertaking any necessary corrective measures;
- Is responsible for the launch package, programmes and scalability.
- Is responsible for value based price management (market price based on technical & market positioning and translation of technical positioning into value).
- As regards TRADE MARKETING, defines standards and parameters for effective loyalty programmes, marketing campaigns and promotions.

- Higher education: a degree in marketing, management or economics, chemistry, engineering, construction, etc.
- Experience in cooperation in a complex international organisational structure
in a multi-stakeholder environment; - Availability;
- Readiness to frequently travel on business;
