Your role:

• Analysis of internal finance operating activities, identification of areas for reducing costs and improving process efficiency
• Participation in the development of the Payment Automation function on the platform together with the product team
• Oversee finance operations processes
• Develop and maintain team policies and guidelines
• Implementing and facilitating new processes (hands-on approach - using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL)
• Participation in a project to automate payment processes
• Daily cash management, liquidity control
• Interaction with counterparties (banks, payment systems) on operations issues, provision of supporting documentation, correspondence on payment execution issues
• Engagement in the payment process, including sending payments (in rare cases)
• Providing ad-hoc advisory on requests from the support team and the customer management team

You will report to the Head of Finance Operations team.

Our requirements are:

• Leader, problem solver and strategist
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and passion for implementing improvements
• At least 3-5 years of experience in finance
• Excellent management and communication skills
• Advanced Excel skills (complex formulas, macros skills) are must, SQL skill is an advantage
• Experience in supervising work of junior staff, coaching and mentoring
• Good command of English (Advanced level)
• High level of responsibility and diligence, attention to detail.
• Experience in IT company / startup is an advantage
