We are looking for a key top manager for our global fintech project (a forex ECN brokerage firm). The successful candidate must possess strong business and technical acumen, outstanding leadership potential and the ability to manage multifaceted aspects of IT (from strategic architectural solutions to 24/5 technical support for frontline colleagues, worldwide).

Responsibilities:

-The development and execution of IT strategy (long term)

- The creation and sustainable development of a resilient IT infrastructure (more than 35 servers, MetaTrader, 1c etc.) functioning on a 24/5 basis.

- Team management and mentoring (System administration Win and Linux, web-development, development of specific industry applications C++ etc)

What we expect:

- Proven positive experience in management and the mentoring of diverse IT teams focused on high-level performance standards

- Strong educational background and willingness to follow the life-long learning paradigm

- Ability to reveal proactively the expectations of key stakeholders and to translate business tasks into clear IT strategies and tactics

- Fluent English allowing to communicate easily with non-Russian stakeholders (negotiations, day-to-day communication via e-channels etc.)

- High level of self-discipline and client focus (internal and external clientele) allowing to be a real role model for other IT colleagues

- Work experience in global fintech-companies and an understanding of the nature of FIX-protocol will be considered as an advantage
