The Senior Account is fully responsible to carry out work on control over transactions and accounting balances in accordance with US GAAP and RU GAAP standards for two Cisco entities:

• control, approval and signing of incoming and outgoing primary documentation in accordance with the issued power of attorney;
• loading and creation of payment orders in the Bank-client system during the absence of the main executor;
• calculates and reflects accounting transactions related to the accrual of deferred expenses in US GAAP GLs. Revaluates cost items in accordance with US GAAP standards;
• participates in the preparation of a plan-fact analysis of expenses for the reporting period and communications on the calculation of deferred expenses;
• participates in the development and implementation of activities aimed at maintaining financial discipline and rational use of resources;
• prepares and presents package for the FX Remeasurement Review Template;
• Analyzes balance sheet and cost items for two entities before reporting period close in Oracle;
• prepares a package of annual reporting and submits to the Parent company for agreement and approval;

- as a requirement - takes an active role in working meetings, negotiations with the analysis of providing documentation and information on business processes within the framework of his/her competence;

• prepares and presents a report of balance sheet accounts in the corporate system at the end of the reporting period with the provision of comments on existing discrepancies in comparison with data for previous periods;
• authorizes the procedures for closing the reporting period in the corporate system;
• prepares a reporting package in the EY system, and informs tax department of the completion of the procedure;
• interacts with tax authorities on counter checks, desk checks, and field audits, and responsible for the timely preparation of responses to requests;
• interacts with auditors performing internal control procedures, as well as with representatives of companies performing an external audit of financial statements. Responsible for the timely preparation of responses to requests;
• carries out individual service assignments of his/her immediate supervisor and Chief Accountant;
• performs monthly reconciliation of balance sheet accounts in the corporate system in accordance with the established deadlines. Performs confirmation of completion of the reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts for two entities;
• performs monthly and annual reconciliation of the accounts under RU GAAP and US GAAP and settlements between the Cisco group companies.
