Responsibilities:
• Support International Client Lead Partners and core client service teams in defining and executing account strategies for International Client within the Firm
• Develop and maintain strategy and marketing plan aimed to build strong strategic relationships with International Clients
• Develop and maintain overall account plans and budgets for defined International Clients
• Support and coordination of client proposals
• Work with International Client Lead Partners in order to identify business opportunities
• Build up and monitor strategic relationship management with International Clients
• Manage internal stakeholder and communication process within the International Client Lead Partners
• Maintain account agenda and prepare/record calls; monitor process and agreed follow up tasks
• Work with functional units to ensure consistency of messages, presentation and delivery during pursuits, pricing and projects
• Ensure capture and dissemination of insights/knowledge of each International Client through regular communication with account and engagement teams as well as client representatives
• Connect with engagement teams for collecting and systemizing insights from ongoing projects
• Maintain joint opportunities pipeline for all service lines, relationship map and calendar of activities
• Monitor events of different international organizations (AmCham, etc) and link with International clients development strategy
• Engage with Markets department to develop activities enhancing International Client experience
To fill the role a candidate expected to meet the following requirements:
• Higher education
• Strong experience and successful track record in key account management, business development or similar in an international organization (KPMG experience is a preference – Senior manager level)
• Strong experience in consulting industry, including project delivery for international clients
• Good knowledge of the consulting sector, main trends and key sector players in Russia and CIS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, which ensure impact
• Fluent English and native Russian for communication with the clients and colleagues, additional languages are a plus
• Advanced computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint) and proper slide writing skills is a must

KPI:
• Revenues generated on non-audit services to international clients (excluding Japanese which are managed separately)number of new clients could be a KPI
• Number of consolidated solutions presented to the international clients
• Efficiency of BD activities (not the number of activities, but result of it, new contacts, new RFP, and the best successful scenario - new sales).
