They deliver millions of parcels per year. In order to keep pace, we are constantly looking for ambitious professionals to join our team. We have a lot of difficult tasks with no chance to be bored.
Responsibilities:

Daily cash flow management across multinational group’s companies and ensuring the required level of funding
-
Close cooperation with 10 countries within the Group
-
Experience with intercompany loans and foreign exchange differences calculation
-
Preparation of cash flow plan and fact reports for the group of companies, variance analysis
-
Experience in working with banks on credit products and cash settlement services, negotiations, current work, and support. Knowledge of banking products and minimization of banking costs

Managing the process of filing documents for currency control. Good knowledge of the Russian Federation and foreign legislation in terms of currency control requirements.

Participation in the contractual process. Negotiation of contracts regarding payment and financial conditions

Close cooperation with business, control of bad debts
-
Accounting and control of banking operations, a reflection of payment transactions in 1C
-
Negotiation and control of credit limits with clients
-
Control of preparation of payments in Russian rubles and foreign currency by the team

Opening of bank accounts in foreign banks
-
Close cooperation and relationship building with a wide pool of international banks

Good knowledge of Russian accounting and experience in preparation of the cash flow statements (direct and indirect methods)
Requirements:
- Higher education (Finance/Economics/Accounting/Audit)

Minimum 3 years of work experience in a similar position in foreign companies

Computer literacy - Excel, Google sheets, Word, Outlook, 1C

Confident knowledge of Russian accounting and tax accounting standards

Knowledge of banking products
-
Knowledge of accounting entry’s in 1C
-
Knowledge of the provisions and requirements of the Instruction of the Bank of Russia

English knowledge incl. financial English (both verbal and written) – Upper-Intermediate level
-
Strong communication skills

Readiness to routine work

Team player; orientation to “internal client"

Accuracy in meeting the deadlines for completing tasks
