Role: Product designer

Functions:

• Research: Participating in user research, competitive product and data analysis
• Roadmap: Execute on the product roadmap and help define product strategy.
• Design: Design web and mobile experiences that are simple and intuitive.
• Present: Present the design solutions at regular meetings with product teams and CEO.
• Implementation: Implement solutions along with the technical team and control quality on all stages.
• Optimization: Discovering design optimization points, improving design standards, and promoting implementation.
• Processes: Continuous improvement of design process through regular design reviews along with other designers.
• Design system: Continuous building of design system and components library for further reuse by product managers and other designers.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of UI/UX design experience, familiar with design guidelines and processes,
• Finance industry background,
• A portfolio featuring examples of product design work,
• Links to functioning products designed by you,
• The ability to use basic analytics tools (Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.),
• The ability to think at a high level about product strategy and clearly articulate design decisions,
• Experience working in a collaborative environment with product managers, analysts and engineers,
• The ability to take ownership of the design process and work as a self-directed member of the development team,
• Clean visual design sense.

As a plus:

• Crypto industry background,
• Participation in A/B testing,
• Basic SQL knowledge.
