Main functions:

Assistance to the Head of Compliance with the Compliance matters
Maintenance of the Policies and Procedures Register
Review of the existing policies and procedures for their adequacy of Company’s obligations under the Law, preparing suggestions for updates
Assistance in construction and execution of the Compliance Monitoring Program
Assistance in trainings preparation, ensuring that employees of the Company attend training sessions on compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations

Main requirements:

Understanding of MiFID and other EU regulations in relation to the provision of MiFID investment and ancillary services
Ability to find relevant information on CySEC and ESMA web-sites
Assistance with the counterparties request on Due Diligence of the Company
Assistance with the provision of information / documents during regulatory bodies, auditors and other audits regarding Company’s activities
