Responsibilities:

Checking the Russian local companies for capability and workload;
Checking the Russian companies for bankruptcy and insolvency;
Investigating and finding the appropriate vendors in Russia;
Communication with non-English speaking companies in Russia;
Purchasing supporting the piping team at the on-going stage:
- requesting a timely expediting quotation from the vendors;
- coordination of commercial clarification with the vendors.
Expediting work for piping at the on-going stage;
- arrangement and coordination for KOM between vendor and purchaser;
- review of the monthly progress reports;
- working with vendor prints and coordinating the work between vendors and engineers;
- overall manufacturing process management including visiting the vendors (checking raw material delivery status and fabrication schedule & progress);
- coordinating the inspection schedule between vendors and inspectors;
- checking transportation schedule;
- checking payment document as per PO;
- other procurement work activities (OSID, Supervisor Arrangement, etc.).
Identifying Russian material prices and Russian company trends, train key drivers, etc.

Requirements:

Education: BA or higher in Mechanical Engineering;
Languages: English - B2 or higher and/or Korean - 4? or higher (preferable);
3+ years of working experience in EPC Projects (Oil, Gas, Petrochemical Projects) in Russia;
Experience in international Engineering & Construction companies (e.g. Flour, CB &I, Technip, etc.), in Russian Engineering & Procurement service or manufacturing companies;
Experience in Piping (Pipe/Fitting/Flange/Valve) procurement field;
General knowledge and working experience in the procurement field in accordance to the requirements of Russian Federation Spec and international standards;
Knowledge of MS Office.
