Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing and potential Top Tier Local Corporates and be responsible primarily for TTS sales origination and cross-sell across the portfolio. Special focus on Attack and Double Down names with the aim to to become their leading bank partner and global growth enabler.
- Acquiring new clients for the bank and Increase penetration of the Bank’s services within the existing client base via New Client Acquisition, New Buying Center Acquisition, New Business RFP Wins & Net New Origination.
- Leading the specific Corporate & Public Sector Clients clients’ sales origination, pipeline development, customer revenue growth and retention - sussess to be defined by positive revenues and pipeline growth from origination activity, number of newly acquired Client Relationships, new product / new geography cross-sell, maximizing revenues from pricing actions and minimizing revenues attrition
- Trusted Advisors to Corporate & Public Sector clients for complex cash management, treasury, working capital and trade services
- Originate new TTS sales for clients, cross-selling TTS products and services to deepen wallet penetration, revenue realization and expansion, and driving customer satisfaction through
- quality service delivery
- Primary global point of contact for TTS sales origination and related activities to clients
- Understand clients’ business, identify customer needs (KPIs) and deliver customized TTS Cash & Trade Solutions in order to meet the requirements
- Participate on creation and execution of Global / Regional and Local TTS Sales strategy in Russia
- Drive and coordinate selected sales initiatives in order to acquire new clients / drive cross-sell opportunities with the existing ones, increase awareness of TTS solutions and contribute to improvement of existing solutions by collecting customer's feedback
- Leverage existing analytical tools to identify new business opportunities
- Drive selected global RFPs, regional / local RFPs
- Support TRUK cluster / EMEA regional sales initiatives
- Remain on top of relevant external & internal developments, share updates with both clients, as well as internally
- Develop a reputation as a market expert to be relied upon by clients and business managers.
- Develop and execute a client call plan and account strategy - share results.
- Promote innovative and advisory solutions
- Execute marketing strategy; Actively participate on proprietary and 3rd party industry events as a speaker and as a participant to develop and maintain product knowledge and keeping up to date on market trends affecting clients
- Identify new product opportunities to keep product partners at the top of the competition and generate incremental revenue opportunities.
- Responsible for growing the TTS P&L of clients and oversee the sales process from origination to revenue realization for assigned clients
- Identify opportunities for new deals across TTS product set and geographies including multi-product requirements
- Champion client solutions and pricing through the deal review process which includes sales pricing empowerment. In cooperation with Product & Product Sales responsibility for overall solution proposal creation and deal review.
- Ensure global team communication (e.g. call reports, CRM, emails)
- Drive overall client satisfaction with TTS and build customer loyalty
- Respond to customer escalation for operational/customer service issues, including complex or cross-geography issues
- Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics
- Appropriately assess risk/reward of transactions when making business decisions; demonstrating proper consideration for the firm’s reputation
- Be familiar with and adhere to Citi’s Code of Conduct and the Plan of Supervision for Global Markets and Securities Services

Knowledge/Experience:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Transaction Banking (Sales, Product or related Relationship Management)
- Must have a solid understanding of Corporate Treasury functions, operations and systems
- Must have a strong understanding of core Cash & Trade products and solutions, and their relevance to customers
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of local / regional market and competitors
- Knowledge of Credit, FX and capital markets is an advantage.

Qualifications:
- University degree
- 6-10 years of experience
- Treasury Management-related certifications are an advantage
