Key responsibilities:

• pricing and quantitative analysis of derivative and structured finance transactions;

• preparation of internal and client presentations and discussion materials

• preparation of transaction term sheets

• preparation of internal credit applications and materials. Coordination of approval processes with relevant departments and support functions

• review and drafting of legal documentation (with support from Legal) for English and Russian law governed transactions

• coordination of transactions execution process

требования

Qualifications required:

• degree in economics/finance/math/physics/engineering;

• strong verbal and written communication skills in English and preferably in Russian too;

• basic knowledge of bond/equity mechanics, derivatives, structured products;

• basic knowledge of Russian and international capital markets legislation;

• proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;

• ability to work with clients and explain complex products in simple words;

• quick, responsive, grasping ideas, stress-resistant;

• CFA degree or candidate would be a plus;

• at least 5Y professional experience in the area of financial markets.

• work in the largest bank of Russia;

• employment according to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
