One of the world leaders of the energy sector is looking for a Project Manager for the development of loyalty program systems in Europe.

Responsibilities:

Changing the operating system of the site in Poland (development of the loyalty platform).
Management of business user, IT project and IT vendor teams.
Creating communication between: Small and medium enterprises, information technology and IT providers, country leaders and countries of Central and Eastern Europe. Building an IT team.
Support and development of small and medium businesses participating in the project.
Assessing business and customer requirements, prioritizing development, checking progress against priorities.
Manage clarity of interdependencies between POS project and other IT related projects in Poland, like: Legacy systems asset integrity, Loyalty Skyline, Outdoor Payment Terminals.
Coordinate and drive business decisions required in line with governance structure (Steerco and DRB).
Business support, identifying the benefits associated with implementing a new site system, working with NFR.

Requirements:

Successful experience in implementing international IT projects (full cycle), preferably in the oil and gas / energy industry.
Knowledge of standards and methodologies in information systems development and implementation.
Experience in cross-industry team management, interaction with contractors.
Experience in developing technical and design documentation, preparing and defending business cases is a must.
Knowledge of PM industry standard (certification will be an advantage)
Fluent English
Leadership qualities, responsibility, ability to achieve results

Working conditions:

Schedule 5/2 from 09-00 to 18-00, hybrid work format.
