We are looking for IT Manager/Business Partner for Russia and CIS Region in an international pharmaceutical company engaged in the development and sale of prescription and over-the-counter pharmaceuticals.
The company specializes in the medicinal preparations in the field of dermatology, neurology and ophthalmology.

Summary of position:

- Responsible for all IT activities across Russia and CIS Region.
- Оrganizing regional resources and IT Support.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Assist in all aspects of project management coordination (project scope tracking, reporting, effective task execution).

Responsibilities:

Management responsibility for all tasks, schedule and deliverables.
Manage respective external Applications Management Support to ensure proper SLA.
Be a shareholder of global IT projects with regard to audit and compliance.
Provide communication & progress updates to Regional and Global IT.
Support the onboarding process.
Understand business activities/issues and how they relate to IT systems.
Work with IT Leadership Team re-planning and strategy of IT Audit and IT general control reviews.
Manage the progression of access to IT systems.
Manage ERP system activities across the sites, coordinating activities with the Superuser community, Business Management and other applicable Application Support Teams.
The writing of IT, accurate reports, highlighting findings, conclusions and recommendations for review with relevant parties.
