Role Description

Finix is a service for providing benchmark data on performance and best-practice knowledge to banks, insurers, telcos, retail and e-com companies. Your responsibilities will include project delivery, operational excellence, and proactive leadership to achieve project goals. You will head up research initiatives and workstreams, structure approaches to data analysis, test hypotheses and work closely with IT to create a data model of the IT solution, define data validation algorithms and calculate the resulting indicators.

You will be responsible for negotiations with clients and key stakeholders throughout the research process, generating data-driven insights through original thinking to help clients boost their performance. In addition, you will present key findings to clients' senior executives to bring them onside and convert your research findings into action plans. You will oversee the smooth implementation of our benchmarking projects to ensure that they are completed on time and to a high standard, guaranteeing a good client experience.

Given Finix’s growth ambitions, you will contribute to its expansion in the region by, amongst other things, building relationships with C-level executives, conducting client meetings and contract negotiations, writing proposals, and managing the project pipeline.

Experience and skills required

• Graduate/post-graduate degree in in finance or economics is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English (spoken and written)
• Strong grounding in economic, financial, and general business concepts in the relevant sectors
• Strong expertise in relevant areas of research (banks, insurance, telcos, retail and e-com)
• Ability to work with large data sets, strong MS Excel skills; ability to write complex queries in SQL is an advantage
• Skills in writing and delivering presentations, including for C-level
• Team management skills
