Market Research Manager
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead and manage JTI Consumer and Trade regular research Monitoring projects (Brand Health Tracker, Trade Tracker, Penetration study, etc), consolidate all available data (internal/external) to bring valuable and actionable business insights;
- Provide insights and comprehensive analysis on all ad-hocs related to Regular Monitoring projects;
- Develop research methodologies and tools to ensure timely business support;
- Conduct data comparability checks of different regular monitoring projects, identify drivers and provide actionable recommendations;
- Internal communication related to Regular Consumer Monitorings with focus on Brand Health Tracker: effectively communicate with interested parties (data providers, reports users) in order to provide the high quality data;
- Prepare aggregated Reports based on all available data related to Regular Monitorings to support Company’s strategic planning.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR:
- University degree: Sociology, Statistics, Economics;
- English: Advanced (both, spoken and written);
- Min 3+ years’ experience in Marketing Research Department or Research Agency;
- Excellent understanding of quantitative research methodologies, experience of working with Brand Health Trackers for FMCG;
- Understanding of FMCG markets (tobacco market knowledge is a benefit), trade channels, market segmentation, trends in Russia, consumer segmentations;
- Advanced MS Office user (MS Excel Advanced user), knowledge of statistical programs (like SPSS, Pulsar, DataFriend, StudyLab);
- Skills and knowledge: strong analytical skills, excellent project management skills, big data analysis, presentation skills and experience, advanced communication skills;
- Personality characteristics: structured approach & self-discipline, strategic thinking, high attention to details, orientation to result, ability to work with multiple tasks.
