We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager with 3+ years of relevant experience for internal projects at Yakov & Partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and support project/product development processes (sprint planning, backlog refinement, etc.)
• Keep business logic up-to-date (usually represented as CJM in Miro)
• Interact with the stakeholders (accept new requests, report plans and progress, etc.)
• Monitor the execution
• Manage the risks
• Manage the budget
• Organize and control interactions with external teams (contractors)

Required Skills and Competencies

• Technical degree or degree in Economics
• Experience in project portfolio management
• Knowledge of SAFe/LeSS
• Experience managing projects where contractors are required
• Good command of Scrum/Kanban principles
• Great analytical capabilities and systematic approach to problem-solving, ability to handle large volumes of data and quickly master new system environments
• Strong business correspondence skills
• Good command of English (at least B2 level)

Would be considered an advantage

• Experience participating in IT projects in a variety of roles (analyst, expert, tester)
• Experience running inhouse projects
• Figma prototyping skills to translate stakeholders’ expectations of visual design into accurate requirements for developers
