Hey there, it's NeedSupport!
We create support services for individuals and companies, come up with products, and launch projects to increase user happiness.
Right now we're on the hunt for a customer service pro to join our team and help us manage agents and grow with us as a team leader.
You are going to work exclusively in English - it's OK if you don't speak Russian.

Tasks to be dealt with
- Finding new technical solutions for support;
- Monitoring fellow agents: evaluating the quality of work and enforcing discipline;
- Optimizing the user funnel: analyzing the user journey, improving scripts, and conducting A/B tests;
- Calming down customers when they are stressed out;
- Updating business process descriptions in support;
- Designing newsletters for email, SMS, and messengers;
- Chatting with users across all channels: email, messaging platforms, chat, and phone;
- Generating reports and analyze data: knowing Python or at least Excel will make life easier;
- Finding bugs on clients' websites and assign tasks to developers.
Specifics
- Employees are not allowed to work on an unstable internet connection or without a computer;
- Support experience is a great, but not mandatory;
- Working with us is hard without a sense of humor and impossible without vitality;
- In some projects, we work as a support line for the sales team.
