The Finance team assistant will be assisting Finance team in day-to-day finance operations of the Holding company, participating in management reporting, preparation of supporting financial data for both Finance and Investment teams, as well as being responsible for finance-related document flow, like specific audit inquiries, KYCs, etc.

Working at this position involves a large volume of communication with both operation team and external teams and entities, including representatives from Group companies from different parts of the world, Banks, and other entities.

The Finance team assistant reports to the CFO of the Group or other respective position.

The Group is present in 10+ countries and continues its international development.

Duties

• Assist Finance team in day-to-day accounting of the Holding company;
• Provide Investment team with supporting financial data required for reports for active and potential investors and lenders;
• Provide assistance in completing audit inquiries, KYC processes and internal document flow;
• Participate in preparation of source materials for management and board financial presentation regarding Group’s financial results;
• Participate in management accounts preparation, including cashflows and budgeting;
• Communication with Group’s internal and external counterparties, tracking of pending inquiries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or similar;
• Strong hard skills in Excel, Powerpoint;
• Fluent in English, with strong interpersonal skills;
• Willing to grow in a fast moving and rapidly developing group;
• At least 1 year of professional experience;
• Experience in Big4 is a big plus;
• Analytical mindset, attentiveness to details, and good organizational skills, ability to work with unstructured data;
• Remote work possible.
