Responsibilities
- Oversee the Talent and Development function for filed force division (merchandisers, sales reps, promoters, supervisors, brand ambassadors) globally, managing the team and ensuring that talent management initiatives advance Ancor’s mission and culture and drive field forces effectiveness and efficiency
- Provide thought leadership and best practice research to identify and design global talent management and learning strategies to meet the leadership needs of the Ancor Field Marketing. Responsible for the creation, design, development and assessment of L&D programs
- Create tools, resources, and education to enable the successful execution of a talent process for Ancor’s field forces
- Identify effective processes to accurately assess talent and readiness of high potentials employees. Determine programs to support the development of these staff members
- Oversee the performance management cycle by creating tools for managers for goal setting, performance reviews and development plans to accelerate the growth of Ancor’s employees
- Assess, determine and implement global learning programs to ensure the development of high performing and engaged associates. Design learning programs for both leaders and individual contributors
- Manage the global corporate onboarding program including new hire orientation as well as the development of tools to help managers successfully onboard new employees
- Oversee and guide the design and implementation of the employee engagement survey
Experience and personal attributes required
- 5+ years of human resources experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management or HR Business Partner roles; management/supervisory experience is a must
- Self-starter and leader comfortable with content creation and operational process building across the L&D domain
- A proven track record in anticipating and understanding business needs and taking the initiative to drive value-added and effective solutions. Ensure the talent organization is aligned with the goals and objectives of the company
- Experience facilitating meetings, planning sessions, and training programs
- Deep expertise in learning & development space including familiarity with progressive thought leadership and methodology and the ability to provide strategic and proactive guidance that helps ANCOR Field Marketing succeed
- Able to react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and to come up with practical ideas for dealing with them. Possesses a sense of urgency and independent action
