We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Data Analyst who will be responsible for providing high-quality and fast support to customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

Ensuring customer success in using the company's products and services by providing high-quality final analytics:
-
Accept SaaS project for maintenance from IA;
-
Carry out regular work on SaaS projects in part of maintaining recognition accuracy, introducing a new assortment, and the quality of analytical indicators used by the customer;
-
Act as an expert in performing work on maintaining data for assigned categories and projects, their control, analytics and improvement;
-
Manage the work carried out by categories under responsibility;
-
Update and fill the knowledge base for categories and projects under management;
-
Solve standard cases and escalations in accuracy using existing tools and methods. In case of complexity of the case and the impossibility of an independent solution, to involve experts of the category in the solution, then the SA Team Lead.
Standard cases are cases that have arisen previously on projects and for which there are tools and instructions that the project analyst can use to solve them. -
Participate in meetings with customers to identify issues that hinder the success of the customer. If necessary, initiate such meetings yourself, synchronized with CSM;

Create an action plan to solve problems with the accuracy of customer data identified by the results of evaluating the success and measuring the effectiveness of the Ailet solution on the customer's business. Execute and monitor its implementation in part of the area of ??responsibility;

Maintain communication with the CSM on the status of resolving issues in the area of ??responsibility;
-
Involve an L3 analyst in solving non-standard cases;

Communicate with the customer through meetings or tickets on tasks and issues in the area of ??responsibility;

Process customer requests to improve the accuracy of product recognition and introduce a new assortment;
-
Communicate with L1, L2 on tickets from external and internal users.
??????????????2. Suppliers work management (Junior Support Analysts, Operators) ensuring the implementation of work to provide high-quality final analytics:

Connecting Suppliers to projects;
-
Setting tasks for Suppliers, accepting tasks and coordinating their implementation;
-
Setting monthly KPIs for Junior Support Analysts and control of their implementation;
-
Consulting Suppliers on complex cases;
-
Monitoring the workload of Suppliers for projects under management;
-
Control of storage of working documents from Suppliers for projects under management.
Requirements:
-
Upper-Intermediate English;
-
Experience in FMCG, Pharma or Retail and/or IT B2B SaaS;
-
Experience working with large amounts of information (analytical data);
-
Ability to analyze, interpret, cleanse, and structure information, find patterns, and draw conclusions;
-
Analytical skills;
-
Problem-solving skills;
-
Product and business thinking - the ability to apply and digitize metrics and see the business meaning and analytics behind the metrics;
-
Excellent knowledge of Excel (Advanced) and ability to write macros.
Will be a plus:

Experience with Team Management;
-
Experience with Project Administration in FMCG;
-
Experience working in IT on SaaS projects;

Experience with data visualisation tools (BI);
-
Experience with SQL.
