Remote Work

Responsibilities:

Leading game design and technical game design teams of the project;
Planning project development and development scheduling in collaboration with the project manager.
Designing new and improving existing game mechanics and features;
Managing features from GDD writing to support in release;
Analyzing product metrics and released features;
Planning, conducting, and analyzing A/B tests in collaboration with an analyst;
Managing project documentation and writing technical specifications;
Calculating game balance and monetization;
Market and competitor analysis.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position on mid-core projects;
Extensive gaming experience in mobile products;
Good knowledge of the f2p gaming market and current gaming trends;
Understanding and ability to analyze key gaming metrics;
Portfolio of released, commercially successful projects.
Knowledge of UE4/5;
Higher technical education;
Upper intermediate level of English or higher proficiency.
