Regional Sales Manager (new business)
Position Objective:
- The main objective of the New Business (Sales) Specialist is to source quality prospective customers for LeasePlan Russia (LPRU) from all regions of Russian Federation and to convince them about the benefits which the operational leasing and fleet management services through LPRU can offer.
- To negotiate with prospects and convert them to a LPRU customer, ensuring that the customers best interests are served whilst maintaining an acceptable level of profit for LPRU.
Primary Responsibilities:
- To identify qualified prospects and appoint visits
- To visit prospects, present LPRU offer and its advantages, fill visit reports in internal system
- To identify clients needs and how they can be fulfilled by LPRU products/services and explain in order to obtain client’s acceptance
- To prepare actively, timely and accurate quotations and additional documentation (if required) taking into account the pricing, profitability criteria and process relevant documentation
- To negotiate master agreement provisions
- To regularly monitor and update the shared database of clients and potential clients
- To communicate with other company departments in order to satisfy the needs and requirements of the potential or existing clients
- To represent LPRU, it’s values and interests in front of the prospects and clients
- To qualitatively pass signed client to Account manager (meeting appointment, presenting account manager)
- To participate in company projects assigned by direct superior
- To prepare appropriate reporting
Qualifications and requirements:
- University Degree – economical or technical
- Min 3 years of sales in relevant domains. Interest in automotive market and associated financial services. Knowledge of (full-service) leasing market would be an advantage
- Acts with integrity, consistently in order to fulfill the tasks and professionalism, shows commitment
- Communicates and collaborates effectively with others and displays respect in the interactions with the colleagues
- Speaks and writes fluently in English language
- Independent, self thinking and working, willing to become an expert
- Proves necessary energy and convincing attitude to achieve targets
- Negotiation skills
- Maintains an open and approachable style of communication
- Is open, honest, reliable, accurate and passionate about the job at hand
- Team player.
- Is ready for traveling nature of work
