Deloitte is seeking a Senior Consultant / Consultant to join our HR Compliance team within the Business Process Solutions group within the Tax & Legal department at the Moscow office.

The Business Process Solutions group works specifically with projects involving maintenance of accounting and tax books of clients, preparation of accounting, tax and other statutory reporting, payroll processing, HR administration for companies operating in all industries. Our clients are mainly foreign owned companies represented in Russia either as Russian Legal Entities with 100% foreign capital or as branches or representative offices. You will be exposed to a variety of major multinational and Russian corporations as well as to global companies investing in Russia. We are a practice that is expanding rapidly, and we are completely committed to attracting and retaining highly skilled talent to join our team.

The role will involve:

  • Advising clients on Russian labor law and HR Administration
  • Preparation of HR documents for the following processes: hiring, transfers, resignations, terminations, business trips, keeping records on vacation, etc.
  • Correction and timely input of the required data and documentation
  • Monitoring of the changes in Russian labor law and implementation of updates and amendments.

Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 3+ years of prior experience
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Good PC skills
  • High organizational skills
  • Ability to fulfill analytical/research tasks
  • Strong communication skills
  • Concern for order and quality
