Main Responsibilities:

Providing support to Regional Head of HR on all aspects;
Implementing Human Resources Policies & Processes in line with the local & regional legislation;
Continuously support review and improvement of the HR policies to reinforce organizational culture;
Developing solutions on improvement efficiency and labor effectiveness;
Implementing structured approach in job matching, grading and compensation scales;
Controlling HR risk management, control and compliance;
Leading HR- process automatization projects: SAP \ Success Factors (Recruiting, On-boarding, Performance and Goals, Learning Management System etc);
Providing operational support to the Regional HR Head in development and implementation of corporate HR initiatives/practices;
Ensuring compliance to the all Global HR Guidelines / standards set for the employees in the Region;
Communicating with offices in the Region in terms of HR policy implementation.

Requirements:

Higher education in HR / Economics / Law etc.;
Work experience in HR global processes and procedures (adaptation, implementation, control);
Compensation & Benifits background;
Fluent English is a must;
Excellent knowlegde of Russian labor law, knowledge of labor law of Eastern European countries will be a plus;
Prevoious work experience in a large international company;
HR-process automation experience (SAP SuccessFactors);
