We are looking for experienced Product Owner who can lead an innovative project in the company and manage the on-going R&D and support of high-quality solutions in the field of self-service kiosks, payment systems (including e-payments), smart-vending and lockers.

Responsibilities:

• Complete product & project management (self-service kiosks, smart-vending and lockers solutions) from strategic planning to end-user support.

• Identification of consumer needs and the formation of a product solution.

• Interaction with the heads of development and support functions, jointly building a project development strategy and building an implementation plan.

• Managing relationships with external software & HW vendors, contractors worldwide.

• Pre-sales (presales), preparation of technical requirements, proposals, risk management, assistance to other managers in products sales.

• Initiate, analyze and implement projects to finalize the product, fill in the backlog

• Monitoring budgets and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Experience with self-service kiosk projects, self-service payment systems including e-payments, smart-vending and lockers solutions.

• Experience in managing development and support teams.

• Confident knowledge of modern IT solutions, understanding of their advantages and disadvantages.

• Strategic thinking, understanding of what the final product should be, who its consumer is and what value it carries. The ability to convey this to your team, client and other leaders.

• Experience in building communications with managers at various levels, both within the company and among its customers and partners.

• Personal qualities: customer focus, emotional intelligence, result orientation.

• Spoken and written English at a level not lower than Intermediate – mandatory.

• Flexibility and readiness to travel overseas.

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
