Main Responsibilities:

• Control over P&L, BS, CF
• Budgeting (P&L, BS) with Quarterly updating of financial forecasts
• Analysis of P&L and BS: Split of actual results per Business Lines and Cost Centers
• Management reporting and dashboarding
• Participation in group and local audit process
• Analyse and control processes, provide recommendations for improving reporting processes
• Design, development and delivery of valuable metrics, dashboards, analyses and data reporting
• Be a point of contact and subject matter expert for ad hoc data and analytics requests
• Utilise technology, analyse data & trends to manage business decisions, prepare standard reports, provide insights and address queries of stakeholders
• Contribute to the development of innovative and user-friendly reporting solutions when required

Required skills and experience:

• Up to 4 years of hands-on experience in finance, data analytics, or business intelligence area
• ACCA/partial ACCA is an advantage.
• Profound understanding of financial instruments (transferable securities, derivatives, repos)
• Completed degree in higher education (preferably Finance / Accounting / Business Administration)
• Good data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Excellent proficiency in Excel – advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query or VBA is a considered as an advantage
• Strong abilities in the field of large data handling through SQL or other tools.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
• Good project management skills
• Interlinked thinking and structured way of working
• Continuous improvement mindset
• The high degree of initiative and ownership
• Fluency in Russian and English
