The Position

To work as part of the FX & Rates Sales team within FI. Responsible for increasing sales throughput of mass-marketed risk-free products (flow FX, structured deposits, FX options) in VTB Bank, which will guarantee achievement of team’s long-term revenue targets and stabilize its revenues. Main focus on marketing of FX and Rates products to thousands of clients serviced by VTB Bank.

Principal Accountabilities

- Focus on selling mass-marketed FX and Rates products sales to clients serviced by branches of VTB Bank;

- Support development and maintenance of mass-marketed FX & Rates product offering, client acquisition and relationship management in branches / subs of VTB Bank;

- Prepare client pitch materials, coach regional marketing staff, undertake face-to-face meetings and events for regional client base;

- Coordinate completion of compliance, legal, risk and other required approvals for FX & Rates dealing in mass-marketed products with regional clients;

- Achieve relevant FX & Rates products sales targets through direct and indirect sales and cross-sell on the back of anchor products of VTB Bank;

- Provide regional marketing staff with full trading & research support;

- Provide support to regional marketing staff on client deal execution;

- Ensure all activities are carried out in line with VTB Bank’s and VTB Capital’s Compliance and Risk policies.

Key Competencies & Qualifications

- Previous track record in FX & Rates flow and derivative Sales;

- Previous experience in developing IT solutions for mass marketing of FX & Rates products to clients based in multiple locations;

- Proven ability to build external and internal client relationships;

- Ability to identify deal themes for mass-marketing and generate deal flow through effective cross-sell of other banking products in partnership with colleagues from other departments;

- Ability to work in a team.
