Consulting department of PwC Russia is looking for the professionals to join our G&PS team, Government & Public Sector.

Services provided by department:

• Corporate / business strategy development / strategy review
• International business growth / market entry support / market expansion support
• Strategy management processes development/ improvement
• Strategy implementation planning
• Operational excellence

Requirements:

• Project / team management experience 3+ years
• Overall experience 6+ years in a strategic and operational excellence advisory
• Strategic marketing or government sector research in a strategy consultancy
• Strong business writing, clear storylining and verbal communication skills (both in Russian and in English – decent English is a must; other foreign languages will be considered as an advantage)
• Experience in taking businesses international, working with export infrastructure and/or foreign trade operations (in Russia and/or abroad) is desirable
• Markets, industries, macroeconomic / country / region analysis expertise and techniques application
• Excellent communication, interviewing, facilitation skills
• Relevant Master’s degree from a reputable university; MBA degree will be an advantage

• Personal drive to deliver results within tight deadlines
• Strong analytical skills, creative thinker, sound business acumen, ability to switch between industries and focuses
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders at a time
• Effective team player in a fast-paced environment
