About the role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Product Manager with e-commerce background to help us accelerate our growth initiatives and maximize revenue. We currently have a strong B2B proposition that has helped us build strong partnerships with our retailers to date but don't want to stop there. We have great ambitions and we need a Product Manager to drive product development strategies that enhance our market offering.


You’ll be working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment with the following responsibilities

  • You'll be critical in executing and iterating on product offerings that help us to grow our partner base as quickly as possible, build relationships with partners after their launch, maintaining a great B2B service;
  • Determine product KPIs, as well as their target values;
  • Determine product development priorities for partner stores;
  • Build a transparent, convenient and understandable billing process for partners;
  • Collect feedback from partners and sales managers, build and test hypotheses based on this data.


You should apply if you have

  • 3+ years experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Advanced English verbal and written skills;
  • You have a growth mindset with a hands on approach to getting things done;
  • You've successfully built and managed a high performing product development team. You're invested in their growth and development and build an environment for them to thrive and produce their best work.


Relocation and employment

We offer remote work from anywhere in the world (our schedule is based on Dubai time though) and are happy to work out an individual relocation plan for you.

Our employees have the opportunity to choose a country for registration: at the moment those are Armenia and Georgia. We will help you open a legal entity and a bank account. In Armenia and Georgia the taxes are compensated by Tabby.

For our employees we cover the following:

  • Flight to Armenia or Georgia.

  • Accommodation during the paperwork completion period.

  • Opening a bank account and getting a residence permit in one of the mentioned countries.

  • Family relocation (dependants).

New employees can also choose an alternative method of relocation to another country of their choice. In this case, Tabby will reimburse up to $5,000 of verified costs upon opening a legal entity and a bank account.
