We are looking for Senior IT Business Analyst to promote further constant growth of the company via: delivering key Sales & Marketing IT initiatives, focusing on digital capabilities,driving better business decision-making and transform how Heineken Sales & Marketing teams operates embedding new technology and analytics in a fast and agile way to core work processes,influencing go-to-market strategy, retailers, digital media plans, products designs and much more!

If you are ready:

• Understand, challenge and translate business process requirements into functional/technical requirements or help to do this translation into User Stories to Product Owner;
• Be the constant and essential part of SCRUM team (if such delivery approach chosen for new product) playing role of business analyst and being connective unit between Product Owner and development team;
• User experience is at the core of our design. You provide functional expertise and help our business colleagues define requirements for IT solutions. Focus on value over cost, and quantify the value in a solid business case;
• Continuous work on generating highest acceptance of our solutions especially with regards to existing and new technologies and based on best practice experiences in the market;
• Needs to ensure IT applications satisfy business requirements, have robust support models, which ensure compliance to all relevant Heineken processes and are managed through their full life cycle based on customer and operational needs;
• Inspire people to create legendary technology. Collaborate with Architecture and Application managers to design and build seamless, integrated, scalable, automated and adaptable solutions;
• Engage key stakeholders and establish trusted business relationships. Ensure alignment, visibility and transparency into all aspects of assigned projects;
• Manage the transition of the solution to support with the Service Delivery team either traditional one or DevOps. Keep it simple, avoid unrewarded complexity. Add value by driving organizational change management efforts in partnership with business colleagues.

And you have:

• Ability to deliver sustained results/projects in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
• 5+ years of proven experience in a role of Business Analyst within IT or Business departments in the area of Sales Force Automation, Customer Assets Management, Sales Performance Analytics, Trade Promotional Management, E-Commerce. Start-up/own-business experience might be an advantage;
• Ability to communicate, challenge and influence effectively in group settings in most cases in English;
• Accomplishments in projects managed through Agile ways of working in a role of Product Owner or even Scrum Master could be a big benefit;
• Strong knowledge on technology and trends by combining experience and interest in latest innovations;
• Knowledge of following special tools: SQL, Jira, Confluence, Trello, Visio, MS Office tools or similar;

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related discipline.
