The successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance of applications used by the Russian market as well as to identify IT systems eligible to be transitioned and supported by Application Management Services Organisation.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate services for IT systems and applications within the scope, to ensure sustainment of business operations.
- Track supplier performance against execution of Incident, Problem and Change Management processes across applications.
- Manages communications and expectations with business and internal IT clients
- Collaborates with business and solution architect functions as needed
- Manage change requests via Demand Management activities.
- Monitor supplier deliverables against SLAs.
- Provide guidance to the business around vendors and technical trends in line with the IT service catalogue.
- Help define architecture for account area by working with Business Architecture, Enterprise Architecture and Solution Architecture.
- Align service management processes, procedures, operating level agreements and underpinning contracts to the agreed service level targets.
- Evaluate, create, document and publish the Service Catalogue outlining the IT services provided by a specific service unit.
- Establish metric/performance reporting approach.
- Act as Business/Technical analyst for transition projects from Development to Production
- Lead development activities using agile metodology to optimize local processes via SharePoint workflows
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- ITIL Foundation and ITIL Service Operation Certification
- Six-Sigma Yellow Belt Certification
- Experience with ITSM tooling (Incident, Problem & Change, Knowledge, Release, etc.) preferably Remedy and Service Now
- Project Management experience on small to medium sized projects with basic knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
- Experience building MS SharePoint workflow, Nintex automation tool
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Basic knowledge on SAP
- MSc Degree or BSc Degree or equivalent in International Business & Management, Business Engineering, Economics Computer Science.
- Possess strong analytical skills required to troubleshoot issues, identify resolutions
- Proven experience of working within an IT service framework (ITIL) throughout the service lifecycle.
- Experience in driving process and service improvements by studying current practices.
- Prior hands-on experience supporting the operational/service transition.
- Knowledge and experience of working in a business analyst capacity with ability to quickly understand business processes.
- Application of service management process methodologies and tools including: Relationship management; Contract management, Supplier management, Demand management.
- Good facilitation, consultation, and influencing skills including experience with outsourced service providers.
- Good skills using IT applications to organize and analyze data.
- Ability to work independently as well in a team
- Good communication skills for email communication and document creation in English
- Good presentation skills in English
- Open to work in a multicultural environment in a matrixed management structure
