Обязанности работника:

• Delivery and maintenance of IT infrastructure covering storage, servers and virtualisation, networks, databases, Middleware components (MQ, application servers, etc) and telephony;

• Managing Helpdesk team ensuring all critical tasks are covered and offering assistance and guidance where required;

• Overseeing customer relations on behalf of the Helpdesk team;

• Working with other IT functions to deliver an efficient support function, plus supporting projects;

• Delivery of IT infrastructure services within relevant SLAs and KPIs and acting as an internal escalation point for any infrastructure and end user support related incidents;

• Report Technical issues and problems, plan incident response and take actions to prevent issues from re-occurrence

Требования к работнику:

• 10+ years of technical experience in IT Infrastructure (networks, servers, storage, etc.);

• 5+ years of experience in leading IT teams in complex and dynamic environment requiring 24/7 support;

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure project delivery;

• English – upper intermediate and above

  A diverse background of IT service delivery, technical operations and support, strong vendor management skills;

• Detailed knowledge of Server virtualisation with Hyper-V;

• ·Proven experience in managing Linux Red Hat servers, server patching and Hardware maintenance;

• Strong technical knowledge of Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP;

• Understanding of storage systems (NetApp) and back up tools (Net backup) ;

• Knowledge of infrastructure Monitoring systems.
