Consulting department is looking for the professionals with educational and professional backgrounds to join our Strategy & Operations team, Government & Public Sector (G&PS).

What we do:

We help a wide range of state corporations, state authorities (regional governments) and public sector entities to solve strategic, managerial and operational issues; streamline processes and restructure, assess and evaluate investment opportunities, identify export strategies and help companies go abroad; develop marketing strategies.

What you will get and do:

Develop client strategies to solve complex challenges
Work on delivering large scale projects with effect on Russia’s economy
Assist in the management and delivering of large projects
Contribute to the development of your own
Preparation of presentation materials for clients
Assess clients’ operational processes
Proactively assist in the management of a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above
Rapidly develop general business, narrow technical and industry-specific skills
Broaden network of colleagues and clients who will help and employ you for the rest of your career
International career and marketability

We expect you to bring:

At least 3 years of work experience
Work experience in a large multinational company or government and public sector
Relevant experience in export, investments as well as other state topics, e.g. regional investment strategies
Being equally good with numbers and with people
Full ownership for one’s work
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Attention to details
Taking initiative and owning it through to the results
Russian - fluent, English – fluent, business writing skills
Prior consulting experience is a strong plus
