Member of the global Enterprise IT organization, the local IT manager is responsible for supporting local business through global services, global policies, while ensuring business continuity and IT security.
Manage user support
- Ensure continued and improved level of service to local subsidiary users
- In charge of management of the user environment (computers, phones) and asset management
- Document processes and contribute to work automation
- Keep an appropriate and effective communication to users and management
- Monitor, support and follow up the incident management process
- Ensure the appropriate maintenance of applications and systems supporting the identification of problems and developing the appropriate solutions
Manage Office IT supplier
- Manage relationship with outsourcing suppliers in charge of IT environment
- Drive and ensure cost optimization
- Local infrastructure management (on premise and outsourced)
- Network (LAN, Wifi, Internet, WAN)
- Systems (local infrastructure management)
- Telephony and video conferencing
- Manage vendors and IT procurement processes in according with Group
Support local business stakeholder
- Take part in management meetings to understand the business strategy
- Define IT strategy / local roadmap to meet local business priorities in accordance with Group
- Support Business projects and manage projects of the IT roadmap
- Supports the hand-over from the build phase to the run & maintain, ensuring the availability of the proper documentation and enabling an effective maintenance
- Supports the change management process interacting with key users to evaluate requirements, discuss solutions and develop delivery plans in accordance with the Group guidelines
- Key stakeholder in subsidiary integration management
Manage the IT team
Recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Ensure IT security
- Comply with Group Security policies
- Ensure secure running of local IT environment (data, network and backup)
- Support the business continuity and disaster recovery plans
Local representation of Group IT
- Reporting to group
- Take part in group projects and deploy global services
- Organize team so that its members can take part in global services (help define OneIT roadmaps, provide cross boarder support, share experience…)
- Align subsidiary to global strategy and tool
Manage local budget
- Build yearly budget in accordance with Group guidance and Finance rules
- Follow-up budget execution
- Contribute to IT cost control
Governance
- Ensure that IT processes are followed and provide support during the audit phases
- Coordinates the third parties such as the datacenter administrators, the helpdesk and the software developers, following up the requests and controlling the quality of the execution
- Provides consolidate findings on components or processes
- Prepares periodical reports about the quality of the services and the status of the activities
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience, preferably working closely with customers and third parties
- Familiarity with the main IT service management processes and best practices, especially incident management, change management and project management
- Information security knowledge
- Customer and goal orientation
- Assertive and self-motivated
- Available to flexible time windows and travelling where needed
- Ability to work communicating with management
- Highly Organized, problem solving and reliable and able to prioritize
- Good technical knowledge: helpdesk and user support, workstation management, network and system administration
- Familiar with Microsoft environment
- OS Windows and Linux fundamentals
- Ability to manage projects
- Team manager: experienced people manager
- Fully fluent in Russian and in English
Key Performance Objectives/Indicators
- Contribute to maintain the highest availability rate of systems
- Provide excellent quality of service to internal and external customers providing the required guidance, support and evolutions and managing effectively the relationships
- Support the delivery of Group guidelines and roadmaps, and the delivery of a continuous improvement process on the robustness and effectiveness of the tools
