Assignments:
HR Administration
- Secure full scope of employment- and payroll-related documents in place in accordance with legislation, company standards and policies
- Consult co-workers and managers on labor legislation, global and local policies, procedures including Comp & Ben related topics, salary calculation and tax deduction rules
- Be key responsible for internal and external compliance audits, including State authorities inspections (Labor inspection, Military office, Employment center, Migration service, Social Insurance Fund etc.); responsible to provide State authorities and auditors with documents and reports as required by legislation on a regular basis and/or upon request
- Continuously contribute to the improvement service delivery aiming at the highest quality and the most unified standards
Performance management:
- Annual goals-setting and appraisal process organization
- Monitoring campaigns, interaction with managers and employees, conduct trainings, presentations and guidelines
Compensations and benefits:
- Participate in annual salary surveys, make salaries analysis and reports, coordinate the process of salary review for all departments
- Responsible to administrate Comp & Ben in accordance with global and country standards and policies
- Participate in tenders among benefits providers, deal with analysis and research. Develop benefits proposal on the grounds of conducted analysis
- Voluntary Corporate Health Insurance and Life Insurance supporting and organization
Other HR projects
- Participation in global projects: wellbeing activities, corporate culture development, reports
- Internal communication related to the personnel
- Work with WorkDay system (new modules implementation;
- Event management (Summer Teambuilding, Kid's day, Kid's New Year, New Year Teambuilding)
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of successful track record within HR Administration including employment-payroll-related topics

Strong knowledge of labor legislation, personnel administration procedures

Previous successful experience with internal and external audits, including audits from State authorities

English level – intermediate

Strong knowledge of 1C, Workday is advantage

Result- and details- oriented person, team player, with desire to develop in HR area
