Job duties:

• Full cycle of recruitment of foreign specialists.
• Interaction with internal clients on recruitment issues.
• Project control in terms of human resources (Hungary and Turkey).
• Development of recruitment strategy, selection of recruitment tools and sources.
• Keeping a database of candidates, building long-term relationships with candidates, forming a pool of candidates.
• Supporting candidates at all stages before and after employment.
• Employment supervision.
• Orientation for foreign specialists.
• Participation in other HR projects.

Requirements:

• Higher education.
• 6+ years of experience in personnel recruitment is a must, with main focus on recruitment of foreign specialists.
• Experience in oil and gas or another industrial sector is preferred.
• Multitasking and readiness to keep deadlines.
• Advanced job interview skills.
• English - upper intermediate+.
• Strong communication skills.
• Responsible and result-oriented.
